This collection is for the disabled as well as the non-disabled and can help lower many attitudinal barriers. The people featured here are veritable role models from whose trials and triumphs we all can gain insight even as we celebrate their achievements. Rarely have stories been written that celebrate the extraordinary lives of people who live with disability . The book is a glimpse into their world, where they live with courage, determination and a zest for life. To read their stories is to know that living in the present , with complete acceptance of who we are, is an ability that can change not just our own lives but that of those around us. A powerful, moving and inspiring read....for all.
